Courtney Monsma

Courtney graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University with a Bachelor of Musical Theatre.

She appeared as Katherine Howard in SIX The Musical at Sydney Opera House.

Prior to this, Courtney performed in the Australasian tour of Disney’s Aladdin while understudying the role of Princess Jasmine and in the Australian tour of MAMMA MIA! as well as understudying the role of Sophie.

Courtney has also appeared in Opera Queensland’s Kiss Me Kate and was a 2018 finalist for the prestigious Rob Guest Endowment Award.

Jemma Rix

Jemma Rix is one of Australia’s most prominent leading ladies of musical theatre. She is best known for her portrayal of Elphaba in Wicked, touring throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Jemma most recently starred in the role of Lucy Harris, opposite Anthony Warlow, in Jekyll and Hyde in Concert.

Other leading roles include Molly Jenson in Ghost, the Musical, Teen Angel in Grease and the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz, for which she received a Helpmann Award nomination.

She also toured Australia as the Alternate Eva Peron in Gordon Frost and Opera Australia’s production of Evita.

Matt Lee

Matt Lee has starred in stage and screen productions all over the world for the last 25 years.

Matt’s stage credits include roles in RENT, Grease: The Arena Spectacular, Oh! What a Night, Miss Saigon, Hot Shoe Shuffle, The Witches of Eastwick, Hugh Jackman’s: The Boy From OZ, Singin’ in the Rain and We Will Rock You.

Matt is perhaps best known for his Helpmann Award-winning performance in the role of Bert in Mary Poppins (Disney/Cameron Macintosh) in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

On screen, Matt played Johnno in Dein Perry’s film BOOTMEN, was a part of the principal motion capture team on the Oscar-winning film Happy Feet and is often recognised for his Logie-nominated role on the judging panel for television’s So You Think You Can Dance Australia.

Thomas McGuane

Born and raised in regional Victoria, Thomas is a graduate from Victorian College of the Arts (BFA, Music Theatre).

Whilst at the VCA, he played Robert Martin in The Drowsy Chaperone, appeared as a featured soloist for Morning Melodies, Arts Centre Melbourne and was the recipient of the Cassidy Bequest Scholarship based on merit in the three disciplines of acting, singing, and dance.

Since graduating, he performed the role of Randall in the Australian premiere of Bring It On (David Venn Enterprises) and Bob Gaudio in the national tour of Jersey Boys (Jersey Boys Productions) for which he won the GLUG award for Most Outstanding Performance by a Newcomer.

Thomas was also a finalist for the 2017 Rob Guest Endowment Award.

Sean Sinclair

Sean graduated from the Australian Institute of Music in Sydney with a Bachelor of Music.

Most recently he was seen in Disney’s Aladdin where he understudied the roles of Aladdin and Babkak.  He was also a Swing and Dance Captain in the Australian production of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.

Sean is also a member of the internationally famed group The Tap Pack with whom he has travelled extensively, including their Beijing and USA tours.
Other credits include: Universal Studios Singapore and Japan and lead production vocalist for Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Aljin Abella

A NIDA graduate and three-time Green Room Award nominee, Aljin was most recently in Shakespeare in Love (Melbourne Theatre Company), The Temple (Malthouse Theatre) and musical extravaganza Aladdin (Disney).

Previous career highlights include The Good Person of Szechuan (Malthouse Theatre), Monkey Journey to The West (Bell Shakespeare/Theatre of Image), Anything Goes (GFO/Opera Australia) and La Cage Aux Folles (The Production Company).

Aljin has appeared in feature films’ Ali’s Wedding (2017) and I Love You Too (2010). Television credits include Offspring, The Dr Blake Mysteries, Marco Polo, City Homicide, Neighbours and Power Rangers Jungle Fury, among others.

Aljin was nominated Best Lead Actor in a Comedy at the 2015 IAWTV and Raindance Independent Awards for the web series Hunter n Hornet.

Jonathan MacMillan

Jonathan Christopher MacMillan is best known for originating the role of the Goose and Topthorn (head) in the Tony Award winning Broadway production of War Horse. Last year he could be seen puppeteering King Kong in the Broadway musical of the same name.

Previously, Jonathan was suit captain of Walking with Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular where he performed as Baby T-Rex in over 30 countries worldwide. He is also a highly regarded puppeteer performing at festivals throughout Australia (most recently the Moomba Festival, Rockhampton River Festival and White Night Festival), and a regular puppeteer for Australian puppet companies Dead Puppet Society, Snuff Puppets and A Blanck Canvas.

Lochie McIntyre

Lochie has been training and performing since the age of 5, becoming proficient in all styles of dance, as well as specialising in acrobatics and circus arts.

At the age of 10, Lochie began his training at Lee Academy. In 2019 after finishing high school, Lochie commenced training at Lee Academy Fulltime, completing 2019 with his Certificate IV in Dance.

Lochie is very excited to make his musical theatre debut with Frozen and is eager to grow as a performer and artist. Lochie wishes to dedicate his performances to all his loved ones that have supported him and continue to be a part of his journey.

Deeana Cheong Foo

Deeana is a 10-year-old from Sydney, who trains at Village Nation Performing Arts school in Alexandria in the genres of musical theatre, acting and various styles of dance.

Deeana has just finished performing in the Sydney season of School of Rock (GWB) playing the lead role of Summer Hathaway and will be performing the same role in Adelaide. School of Rock was Deeana’s professional musical theatre debut which she made at the age of 9 while touring in South Korea.

Lucy Farmborough

Lucy is thrilled to be making her professional debut with Frozen playing the role of Young Elsa. Lucy has been training in voice, acting and dancing since a very young age. She has won and placed in various vocal eisteddfods and performs with her school choir. She is also a keen musician and plays the trumpet and performs with her school band. Lucy studies jazz and musical theatre dancing at Vanessa Price Dance Studio and studies singing with Margi Coen at The Sydney Vocal Arts Centre.

Amelia Heaven

Amelia made her professional musical theatre debut in Shrek the Musical (Gordon Frost Organization) as Young Princess Fiona in early 2020. Amelia’s other performance credits include Elf Jr (Sydney Vocal Academy 2018), Cinderella (Engadine Musical Society 2019) and Little Mermaid Jr (Sydney Vocal Academy 2020).

Amelia has been dancing with Ettingshausens Dance Theatre Martial Arts for the past 8 years and has been singing with Sydney Vocal Academy under the guidance of Laura Garrick for the past 3 years.

Sara Petrovski

Sara’s dream is to make it to Broadway! She made her professional musical theatre debut in 2018 as part of the children’s ensemble in Evita, performing at the Sydney Opera House. Most recently, Sara rocked the stage as Shonelle in School of Rock in the 2019-2020 Sydney season.

Sara is also a passionate vocalist and musician. She was a Featured Singing Artist in the 2018 Schools Spectacular, and is self-taught on the piano, guitar and drums. Sara recently co-wrote her first original song, “Fighter”.

Chloe Delle-Vedove

Chloe began her performing arts training at age 3. A keen dancer, she enjoys developing her skills at Nadine’s Academy of Dance.

Represented by T&E Management, Chloe has been working professionally since age 4, appearing in numerous commercials, as well as starring in her first short film The Doll by age 5.  She then went on to appear in the comedy webseries Bent 101 and was cast as Maddie Sant in Seasons 1 & 2 of the award winning webseries After Nightfall as well as the music video Monska for artist Christopher Rockin’ Robin.

Sabrina Franco

Frozen marks Sabrina’s professional theatre debut. Sabrina fell in love with musicals in pre-school where she asked if she could perform ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ for her class. She began dance, drama and singing training at four years old with ACTiv Elite Performers, taking part in all productions and concerts with the Kogarah studio. You may have seen Sabrina on your TV screens in ABC’s Sando and a number of TV commercials.

Faith Hedley

Performing since the age of 3, one of Faith’s first engagements was singing on the TV pilot of Little Big Shots.

A student of Brent Street, Faith trains in dance, singing and musical theatre and recently won the 2019 Brent Street singing award. In 2019 she performed with Brent Street at Universal Studios, Disneyland LA and on board Symphony of the Seas. A tour highlight was a workshop with a cast member from the Broadway production of Frozen the Musical at Broadway Dance!

Siena Kann

Jakob Ambrose

Since graduating from WAAPA in 2011, Jakob’s stage credits have included the Australian tour of A Chorus Line (TML), The Addams Family (New Theatricals), The Producers and Pirates of Penzance for The Production Company and Cats (RUG).

In 2015 Jakob performed in the Hayes Theatre’s acclaimed Sweet Charity and Heathers the Musical, subsequently touring with both productions. In 2016, Jakob became an original Australian cast member of Disney’s Aladdin and in 2018 toured Australia in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (Michael Cassel Group). Most recently, Jakob played Chino in Opera Australia’s West Side Story on Sydney Harbour and made his MTC debut in Dean Bryant’s Kiss of the Spider Woman.

Justin Anderson

Justin’s musical theatre career began at the young age of 12 performing in Cameron Mackintosh’s Oliver! (Cameron Mackintosh).

Most recently Justin toured Australia with the cast of Billy Elliot (LWAA).

Tanika Anderson

Tanika is internationally known for her TV and live theatre performances in the iconic children’s group Hi-5. Tanika has also toured internationally as a founding member of The Superdudes.

She has been a guest presenter for Foxtel’s Channel V interviewing personalities such as Ben Stiller and Heidi Klum.

A graduate of Brent Street Studios, Tanika began her professional career at Universal Studios Singapore as a lead performer. Tanika is also the face of campaigns across Australia and South East Asia for Sony, Nike, Osim, Changi Airport, and TWG.

Tanika is also the founder of You & Mei, an ethical fashion label produced in Myanmar, providing employable skills and pathways to independence for vulnerable young women.

Blake Appelqvist

Blake graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre), that same year debuted as Diesel in West Side Story (The Production Company) and was a finalist for the Rob Guest Endowment Award.

In 2019, Blake was nominated for Best Performance by a Newcomer at the 2019 GLUG Awards for American Psycho (BB Arts Entertainment), Dorian Gray Naked (Popinjay Productions) and Spamalot (One Eyed Man Productions).

Sage Douglas

From Melbourne, Sage began her training at Centrestage PAS and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre) from WAAPA in 2010. She most recently appeared as Emma Goldman in The Production Company’s much acclaimed final work Ragtime. Nicholas Eaton

Nicholas trained at Brent Street Studios and has recently been performing in Kiss of the Spider Woman for Melbourne Theatre Company.

Nicholas has a long-term relationship with Disney Theatrical Productions having previously toured with the Australian productions of Aladdin and Mary Poppins. Other theatre credits: Cats (RUG), Ghost (GWB), The Rocky Horror Show (GFO/Ambassador Theatre Group), South Pacific, Kilworth House Theatre, UK, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Singin’ In The Rain and The Boyfriend (The Production Company) and Joey – Heart in War Horse (War Horse Productions).

As a vocalist, Nicholas has performed for Twisted Broadway, The New Sounds Project at The Butterfly Club and as lead singer in 80s cover band Stand & Deliver.

Samm Hagen

Samm is best known for her performance as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde The Musical, for which she received a Green Room Award nomination. Her other credits include Diva in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Pat in Kinky Boots, both for Michael Cassel Group, a Molly cover for Ghost (GWB), Ann alternate for King Kong: Live on Stage, Rock of Ages (New Theatricals), Rock Rhapsody: Music of Queen, Spiegelicious, Rhythm of Life, All Aboard and the new Australian musical Jack Frost playing Violet Flowers. Along with her cast mates Samm received a Green Room Award for Best Ensemble in Rock of Ages, was a Rob Guest Top 6 finalist, and was also a featured vocalist in Legends in Concert at Crown Casino.

Jayme-Lee Hanekom

Jayme-Lee’s musical theatre career began in Disney’s The Lion King playing the role of Young Nala in 2005.

Jayme-Lee then trained at the Victorian College of the Arts and completed a Diploma of Music Theatre at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance.

Most recently Jayme-Lee played Violet Beauregard in Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Other credits include: The Book of Mormon (GFO) understudying Nabalungi, Stage Art’s In The Heights and Celie in Stage Art’s Australasian Premiere of The Color Purple for which she was nominated for a Green Room Award.

Jayme-Lee also toured Australia as Zuma with Nickelodeon’s Paw Patrol Live! and was the Leading Lady in Jason Coleman’s Cabaret Cathedral.

Kimberley Hodgson

Kimberley’s work includes the Sydney Theatre Company and Queensland Theatre co-production of Triple X; Belvoir and Queensland Theatre’s Fangirls; Opera Australia’s six-time-Helpmann nominated West Side Story on Sydney Harbour (Anita understudy); and Disney’s electrifying Aladdin (Jasmine understudy).

Kimberley has twice been nominated Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role at the Matilda Awards (Fangirls, 2019 and Into the Woods, 2015).

Screen work includes guest roles in Harrow Season 2 (Hoodlum Productions) and the feature film Don’t Tell, from director Tori Garret.

Shortly after completing a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, Kimberley toured nationally for the Australian premiere of Rolling Thunder Vietnam (Blake Entertainment), playing the original role of Sarah.

Todd Jacobsson

Originally from Ballarat, Todd trained at BBC studios before venturing off to tour the world performing on cruise ships.

Most recently he performed the iconic role of Tony in the Australian & International tour of West Side Story (Opera Australia/GWB).

Jessica Kane

Jessica is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts and Patrick Studio’s (Music Theatre). Her credits include original cast member in the world premiere of Dream Lover (GFO), Funny Girl (The Production Company), Nice Work If You Can Get It (The Production Company), as well as touring nationally and internationally with Grease: The Musical (GFO) in which she understudied and performed the roles of Cha Cha and Patty Simcox.

Andrew Kroenert

Andrew is a seasoned Music Theatre performer appearing most recently in School of RockThe Musical (GWB). His career began as Buddy Holly in Buddy; The Buddy Holly Story (Showbiz Christchurch, LTPA); before going on to perform in Chitty Chitty, Bang Bang and Fiddler On The Roof (TML). He has appeared in several Production Company shows including Oklahoma!, Brigadoon, Jesus Christ Superstar, Show Boat, a member of the City 4 in City Of Angels (LLC) and appeared in the World Premiere of Dream Lover (GFO).

Andrew is an up and coming Musical Director, most recently working on Shakespeare in Love (MTC) and The Rise and Fall of Little Voice (Darlinghurst Theatre).

Jordan Malone

Jordan is a Brisbane born performer who graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor of Musical Theatre. Her QCGU credits include Charity in Sweet Charity, Frenchie in The Life, Diane in the national tour of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, and Dance Captain for the Conservatorium’s production of West Side Story, working alongside Australian choreographer Christopher Horsey.

Jordan most recently appeared in GFO’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and featured alongside Broadway’s Shoshana Bean and Australia’s Simon Burke at HOTA’s Secret Broadway. She made her Opera Queensland debut as a featured dancer in their production of Kiss Me Kate.

Hayley Martin

Originally from the Whitsundays, Hayley’s theatre credits include: June and u/s Velma Kelly in Chicago, u/s Magenta and u/s Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show (GFO/GWB), Dance Captain and Cha Cha in Grease – The Arena Experience, Singin’ In The Rain (Dainty), Hugh Jackman’s Broadway to Oz, u/s Erma in Anything Goes (GFO/ Opera Australia), Bolero Girl and u/s Gladys in Copacabana (UK tour), Monty Python Live (London, UK), King Kong (Global Creatures), Love Never Dies (RUG), Hairspray (Dainty), Crazy For You and Monty Python’s Spamalot (LWAA).

Hayley also holds a diploma in nutrition, is a certified yoga teacher and wellness advocate for young aspiring performers.

Adèle Parkinson

After completing her music theatre training at WAAPA, Adèle was cast in the Australian production of Legally Blonde: The Musical (GFO) understudying the principal role of Elle Woods. Most recently, Adèle featured as Marion in the 10th Anniversary Australian tour of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (Michael Cassel Group), Miranda Ashton in Brigadoon (The Production Company) and understudy Fantine/Factory Girl in the 25th Anniversary international tour of Les Misérables (Cameron Mackintosh)

Liam Peel

Liam is one of the most exciting new talents to emerge in Australia in recent years. A graduate of the prestigious ED5 International in Sydney, Liam was able to refine his craft under the guidance of industry legend William Forsythe.

Liam made his musical theatre debut in Kinky Boots (Michael Cassel Group), touring with the show for the full Australian run. He then joined the cast of the incredibly successful Australian tour of Aladdin (Disney).

So far in his career, Liam has also had the opportunity to work with incredible artists such as Delta Goodrem, Marcia Hines and Tina Arena and was a cast member of Opera Australia’s Turandot and La Traviata.

Gretel Scarlett

As one of Australia’s leading triple threats, Gretel Scarlett is known for starring as Sandy in GFO’s Grease and Kathy Selden in TEG Dainty’s Singin’ in the Rain.

Her past credits include performing in Australia, Singapore and South Korea in GFO’s Wicked (U/S Elphaba, Nessrose), Littlestar’s Mamma Mia (U/S Sophie, Ali, Lisa), GFO’s Pippin (U/S Catherine, Fastrada), Sally in Happy People and Sal in Breast Wishes.

A graduate of WAAPA and Lee Strasberg’s Theatre & Film Institute in LA, Gretel has performed the National Anthem at the 2013 NRL State of Origin, Carols in the Domain, Helpmann Awards, and performed alongside Tony Award™ winner Kristin Chenoweth.

In 2017, Gretel completed a 4600km solo hike of the Pacific Crest Trail from Canada to Mexico.

Anthony Sheppard

Anthony is a graduate of The Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) with a Bachelor Degree in Music Theatre. Prior to the VCA, Anthony studied full-time dance at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, where he was involved in Main Season dance performances at the Malthouse Theatre. In 2014, Anthony made his professional debut in The Production Company’s La Cage Aux Folles and has also toured Australia, New Zealand and Singapore with the Disney production of Aladdin.  Other credits include Frank and Bryant’s The Silver Donkey (Melbourne Theatre Company, reading), AFL NAB Cup Grand Final (National Anthem Duet) and the feature film Knowing (Ezekiel Films, 2009).

Thalia Smith

Hailing from Dubbo in NSW, Thalia went on to complete the musical theatre course at VCA. In her graduating year Thalia played the lead role of Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street.

Thalia made her professional debut in We Will Rock You (GFO) as ensemble and understudying Scaramouche. She then took on the role of Cha Cha in Harvest Rain’s Grease and was thrilled to perform in The Production Company’s Hello Dolly!. Thalia most recently completed the Australian tours of Mamma Mia! (Louise Withers and Associates) and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory (GFO).

Brendan Xavier

Brendan studied a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Musical Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. During his time there Brendan appeared in numerous musicals, most notably playing Jack in Into the Woods directed by Tyran Parke.

Brendan has most recently completed a contract on board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas as a Featured Vocalist.

Brendan’s previous theatre credits include The Original Grease (Squabbalogic) as Danny Zuko and in the 60th Anniversary concert of the Australian musical Lola Montez. He has also been accompanied by the wonderful Bev Kennedy for the concert Stars of Tomorrow at the City Recital Hall.
